COUNTRY CHILI 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine beef and onions in a 4 quart microwaveable casserole dish. Cook on high 8 to 10 minutes, or just until beef losses its pink color, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover and microwave on medium high (70%) 35 to 45 minutes or until hot, stirring once. Let stand, covered 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
