2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook together raisins and water until there is no water left. Add remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350°F.
