RICE SALAD 
1 can tuna
13 oz. pineapple chunks
2 c. chilled cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green grapes
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts

Combine rice, mayonnaise, and 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Cover and chill 1 hour. Add rest of ingredients (tuna last). Chill until served.
