ROAST LAMB BARBECUES 
Leg of lamb, bread & butterflied

If too large, may divide into 2 or 3 pieces and freeze extra.

MARINADE:

3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lemon juice & grated peel
2 tbsp. rosemary
Garlic (opt.)

Marinate meat for 3 to 4 hours. Roast in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Barbecue about 5 minutes to burn off fat and oil. (Or finish cooking under broiler instead of barbecue.)
