ROASTED BARBECUED PIG 
Order a small pig from the meat department of your supermarket. They usually come frozen and it will take a day or so to defrost depending on the size.

Wash thoroughly inside and out. The ears should be wrapped with Reynolds Wrap as they cook quickly and you do not want them to burn.

This pig can be baked in the oven, on coals in the ground or on the grill.

Baked: Set oven at 350 degrees and bake covered for approximately 30 minutes per pound. Before the pig is done, you should insert a small apple into its mouth for looks.

Grilled or on coals: Pig must be wrapped thoroughly and watched so the outside does not cook before the inside.
