STUFFED YELLOW SQUASH | |
6 sm. squash (body about 3 inches long) 1 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. onions (grated) 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. sugar 3 tbsp. butter Boil squash until tender - cut ends off. In a bowl put scooped out center and neck of squash; add butter and mash real well. Add bread crumbs, onions, cinnamon and sugar. Mix and fill shells. Place in pan with 1/4 inch water. Put dot of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 or 30 minutes. |
