ENGLISH TOFFEE 
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (milk chocolate)

First, butter large pan and cover bottom with 2 cups chopped nuts. Cook butter and sugar over low heat (low to medium), stirring constantly, to hard crack. Pour hot mixture of brown sugar and butter over nuts and dump chocolate chips. Spread out chips to cover nuts. Put 1 cup more nuts over top of chocolate. When cool, break into pieces.
