BELGIAN FUDGE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook milk and sugar on low flame until it shows signs of sugaring and is caramel color (soft ball stage). Stir constantly. Just before removing from fire add vanilla, butter and nuts. Pour into greased pan and cut into squares.
