4 English muffins, split in halves
1 c. chili sauce
Italian seasoning
12 slices pepperoni
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

On each muffin half, spread chili sauce. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Sprinkle on Mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese in order. Microwave on medium for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 miniature pizzas.
