GEN'S TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can white tuna
1 1/2 c. noodles or elbow macaroni
1 c. mushroom soup diluted with 1/4 or 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions

Cook noodles, or macaroni, according to directions on package. Put in a buttered casserole. Saute celery and onions with 1 tablespoon of butter, or butter, until soft, add to the noodles. Add the tuna (flaked) and mushroom soup. Top with crushed potato chips, or bread crumbs, saute in butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and brown.

A white sauce can be used instead of mushroom soup. A small can of sliced mushrooms can be added to white sauce. Also peas, green peppers can be used in the casserole.
