RHUBARB JELLY 
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
3 1/2 c. sugar

Let above stand overnight. Stir. next day, boil 15 minutes. Then add one package of any flavor Jello and boil for 5 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal. Makes a little over two pints. A mixture of raspberry and strawberry regular Jello is very good. Be very careful not to overcook or it will be too firm.
