BEEF BARBECUE 
8 lb. roast, cooked rare & cut in strips or chunks or slices upon preference
1/2 of a (15 oz.) bottle sweet chili sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
2 cans whole tomatoes, cut in quarters (include juice)
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. celery, diced
2 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. white granulated sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar sweet relish
1 whole bottle garlic powder

While cooked meat is being cut in either strips, chunks or slices, boil then simmer all other ingredients for sauce for about 1 hour. After simmering sauce for 1 hour, then add meat for about 20 minutes more and serve with rolls. If made ahead and refrigerated, heat for 1 hour in oven at 325 degrees. Makes 15 to 20 servings.
