PINTO BEAN PIE | |
9" unbaked pie shell FILLING: 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. mashed pinto beans Beat eggs well. Add sugar, corn syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in butter and pinto beans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until set. Chill. |
