MEXICANA CORN BREAD 
3 c. meal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 can corn
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. chopped onions

Mix all ingredients (drain corn before mixing) and pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Spread top with batter as soon as removed from oven.
