A GREAT "EMERGENCY CASSEROLE" 
2 cans Hormel chili (hot)
2 cans niblets corn with juice
2 lg. onions, chopped
10 slices bacon

Partially cook the bacon, blotting with paper towels to get out much of the fat. Layer the first 3 ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Cut slices of bacon into 3 or 4 pieces and arrange over top of onions. Lay some foil loosely over casserole and bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove foil the last 10 minutes.
