BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. water
4 heaping c. cut up broccoli
2 lg. carrots, sliced thin
1 med. onion, chopped
Soup Base, chicken flavor
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
Garlic powder
Paprika
Pepper

In 1 pan bring to a boil, then turn heat to medium and cook 10 minutes the broccoli, carrots, onion and water. Turn heat low and add 1 heaping tablespoon of soup base.

In another pan blend 3 tablespoons flour into 3 cups milk. Add 1 1/2 cups diced cheese to milk. Stir until cheese is melted. Add milk mixture to broccoli mixture. Add good dash of garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Blend together on low heat. Serve.
