WORKING WOMAN'S STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1/2 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese, blended smooth in blender, or 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Prepared rice or noodles

Cook meat and onion. Drain off all fat. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Stir in cottage cheese. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
