ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. In another bowl beat eggs to lemon color. Stir in oil, sugar, orange juice, extract and zucchini. Mix well. Add flour mixture and stir just to moisten.

Pour into 2 greased, waxed paper lined, medium sized loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
