FRANKFURTER POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 frankfurters
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1-1/2 c. cooked green beans
1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
Pepper

Cook frankfurters in boiling water 7 minutes. Drain and slice. Combine potatoes, seasonings, oil, and vinegar. Place beans in greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Layer potato mixture, onion, and frankfurters over beans. Cover.

Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Note: Refrigerate leftovers.

Serves 4.
