POTATO TOPPED FRANKFURTERS 
Instant mashed potatoes (4 servings)
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. frankfurters (10)
Paprika
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Microwave potatoes as directed on package. Stir in parsley, onion and mustard. Cut frankfurters lengthwise being careful not to cut completely. Spread 3 tablespoons potato mixture on each frankfurter. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (70%) 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn, microwave 3 to 4 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
