POTATO SALAD AND FRANKFURTERS 
10 to 12 med. potatoes, sliced
2 lbs. frankfurters, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
1 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped (optional)

Place potatoes in pressure cooker. Put frankfurters on top of potatoes. Thoroughly mix salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and sugar. Pour over potatoes and add onion. Cover, set control at 15 and cook 2 1/2 minutes after control jiggles. Reduce pressure instantly. Add parsley, mix well before serving. Serves 8.
