1 c. butter
2 c. cake flour
5 tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Mix nuts with a small amount of flour. Add to the butter and sugar mixture. Roll in round balls, place on oiled cookie sheet (or spray with Pam cooking spray). Bake at 300 degrees until light brown. Cool and then roll in confectioners sugar.
