RUM RAISIN SAUCE 
2 c. sour cream (can use light or non-fat)
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. light rum
1 tbsp. Irish whiskey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins

Combine sour cream, rum whiskey and brown sugar in a bowl; whisk until smooth. Fold in raisins. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
