LEMON LUSCIOUS | |
2 c. flour 2 sticks butter, softened 2 tbsp. sugar (granulated) 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 c. confectioners sugar 1 can lemon pie filling 1 container Cool Whip Blend flour, butter and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Pat into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Cream and spread over cooled crust. Top with lemon pie filling. Cool. Top with Cool Whip. |
