SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH DILL MIX
SEASONING
 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chablis wine
1 lb. shelled shrimp
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Lemon Dill Dip Mix

Mix butter and oils in skillet and melt. Add lemon juice, wine and lemon dill mix. Take off stove and let stand 1 hour. Add shelled shrimp to mixture and cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked. Remove from heat and pour over cooked pasta and toss well.

Lemon Dill Dip Mix contains parsley, onions, chilies, dill, lemon, spices and sea salt. I buy the dip mix.
