DILLED EGG AND SHRIMP SALAD 
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp. dried dill)
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, hard cooked, chilled & chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
2 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. cooked shrimp, thawed
Lettuce leaves

Mix mayonnaise, dill, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs, celery, onion and shrimp. Serve on lettuce. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 295 calories)
