DILLED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. thinly sliced red onion
2 tbsp. fresh dill (dried may be used)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lbs. medium cooked shrimp

In large bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, onion, dill and salt. Stir in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir once. Serve with wooden picks. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
