HEALTH BREAD 
6 c. milk, sour buttermilk or yogurt
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1 or 2 c. flour
2/3 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
4 or more c. of unbleached flour
1 handful each of corn meal
Oatmeal
2 handfull of favorite wheat cereal, crushed

Heat milk, butter, salt and 6 tablespoons sugar together. To scald cook to lukewarm. Mix together warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast.

Allow to proof. Add yeast and milk in a large bowl. Mix grains adding enough white flour to make smooth dough.

Knead 10 to 15 minutes. Let rise until double in greased bowl. Punch down shape into loaves. Let rise again until nearly doubled. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
