SHONEY'S STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1 c. 7-Up
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 pts. strawberry halves

Cook sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up until thick. Remove from heat and stir in Jello; cool. Have pie shells baked and cooled. Put strawberries into pie shells. Pour mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate for several hours until it sets up good. Serve with whipped cream.
