SMOKED HAM | |
1 (14 lb.) fully cooked smoked whole ham 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Place ham on rack in open roasting pan. Side with most fat face up. Bake ham at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours (about 15-18 minutes per pound). If ham browns too quickly, cover with a tent of foil. Thirty minutes before ham is done, prepare pineapple glaze. In medium sized bowl mix crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and mustard until blended. Remove ham from oven with spoon. Evenly pat pineapple glaze on ham. Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Bake for 25 minutes longer. Let ham set for 15 minutes, then slice. |
