SMOKED HONEY HAM | |
1 canned or precooked ham (5 lb.) 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 can (8 oz.) sliced pineapple Maraschino cherries Remove cooking grid and preheat grill. Center ham on rotisserie rod. Adjust holding forks; test balance. Turn grill to medium low setting. Attach rotisserie and start motor; cook for 30 minutes. While ham is cooking, heat honey and brown sugar until easy to pour. Cook ham another 30 minutes, basting with honey mixture as it turns. Garnish with pineapple and cherries to serve. Makes 8 servings. |
