3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. butter, melted & divided
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1 bowl Buttercream Frosting

Mix all ingredients, except frosting, together. Put in a pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for at least 2 hours. Frost with Buttercream Frosting.
