HONEY BROWNIES 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening, butter
2 sq (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In small saucepan melt shortening over low heat. Add chocolate squares; stir until melted and smooth. Stir in honey and vanilla extract. Cool slightly. Stir in flour mixture, then chips until well combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55-60 minutes until pick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
