FISH PESCADORE 
2 lb. fillet of sole or cod
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. clam sauce
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 c. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. ground saffron
1 tsp. lemon juice

Place fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine clam sauce, onion flakes, garlic, almond extract, parsley, saffron and lemon juice. Let stand 5 minutes or whirl in blender until smooth. Bake until done.
