SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt

Remove crust from bread and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Cook sausage until brown, stir to crumble. Drain well. Spoon over bread slices and sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt and mix well, then pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill over night. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
