1 pkg. crab seafood sticks
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill
Chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried parsley

Cut up the seafood sticks. Blend.
