CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.)
2 crushed clove garlics
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
2 stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
2-3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained

Cook hamburger meat, onion and garlic in 3 quart saucepan until meat is light brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, celery, chili powder, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper (L.A. Sauce). Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
