CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger meat
2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. salt
2 sm. diced onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can beans
3 tbsp. cornmeal
3-5 tbsp. water

Brown meat and onions; add spices, stir to prevent scorching. Dissolve flour in water (add slowly). Stir to prevent scorching. Cover and let simmer for 2 hours. Mix corn meal and water together. Add to chili, add beans and simmer another 15-20 minutes.
