MICROWAVE BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant onion flakes
1 can (10 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
Boneless chicken breasts
Black pepper

Combine ingredients (except chicken and pepper) in water - soaked clay pot - mix well. Place chicken breasts over top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with water - soaked lid. Microwave for 15 minutes on high. Rearrange chicken. Microwave for 28 to 30 minutes on simmer or until rice and chicken are done. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes befor serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
