BRANDIED APPLES 
1 loaf pound cake
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. brandy
vanilla ice cream

Slice pound cake and place on dessert plates. In saucepan, combine pie filling, allspice and brandy. Heat and stir just until heated thoroughly. Place several spoonfuls over cake. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
