STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 lg. mushrooms, stems chopped & sauteed with onions & butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
1/4 c. grated cheese
3 or 4 chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. oil
2 drops Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients and stuff caps. Bake in shallow pan with two tablespoons water about 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
