FLUFFY FRUIT PIE 
1 baked pie shell, chilled
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. strawberry juice
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chilled Pet milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sliced strawberries

Chill milk in ice cube tray 15 to 20 minutes or until ice crystals form around the edge of the tray. Bring pineapple and strawberries to a boil. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar. Chill about 30 minutes or until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Whip milk and lemon juice until stiff. Pour on top of Jello mixture. Beat slowly with a rotary beater or electric mixer on low speed. Fold in strawberries and pour into chilled pie shell. Chill several hours until firm. May substitute Maraschino cherries for the strawberries.
