COCONUT CRUNCH 
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
2 c. flour
1 pt. whipping cream or 2 env. Dream Whip
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. softened butter
2 c. coconut flakes
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

1. Mix together flour, sugar, butter, nuts and coconut. Brown in pan in low oven at 325 degrees. Stir frequently until nicely browned.

2. Make pudding (directions on box).

3. Cool crumb mixture. Place a layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

4. Spread pudding over this.

5. Top with whipped, whipping cream.

6. Place remaining crunch on top. Freeze or chill in refrigerator.
