MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Place first 4 ingredients in a 3-quart mixing bowl. Microwave mixture on high for 2 minutes; stir to blend ingredients. Add nuts and vanilla; stir well. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
