2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. picante sauce
3 eggs
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Spread cheddar cheese in a greased 8"x8" pan. Beat eggs and picante sauce together and pour over cheese. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees; let set 20 minutes before cutting.
