1 lb. (2 1/2 c.) peeled cooked crawfish tails 2 c. cooked rice 1 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. quartered cherry tomatoes 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives 1/3 c. diced green pepper 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing Lettuce leaves Combine all ingredients except lettuce in large bowl. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings. |
