CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. carton sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together well the cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup sugar. Pour into unbaked graham cracker crust (recipe follows). Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees - slightly less. For topping, cream together remaining ingredients and spoon on top of filling. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool and refrigerate overnight.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
Non - stick spray (Pam)

Coat pie pan with non - stick spray. Soften butter in bowl in microwave. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix well, pour into pie pan and using large spoon, press to form.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
