6 lg. size green peppers 6-8 cans potted meat 1 lg. onion Can of tomatoes, with some liquid removed Toasted bread crumbs Cheese, diced Parmesan cheese About 3 c. mashed potatoes Season to taste Wash an slice peppers in to halves. Remove seeds. Place in pan of water. Cook until tender; drain. Combine potatoes, potted meat, onion, tomatoes, crumbs, and cheeses. Mix well. Fill each pepper half and place a piece of cheese on top of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
