STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. size green peppers
6-8 cans potted meat
1 lg. onion
Can of tomatoes, with some liquid removed
Toasted bread crumbs
Cheese, diced
Parmesan cheese
About 3 c. mashed potatoes
Season to taste

Wash an slice peppers in to halves. Remove seeds. Place in pan of water. Cook until tender; drain. Combine potatoes, potted meat, onion, tomatoes, crumbs, and cheeses. Mix well. Fill each pepper half and place a piece of cheese on top of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This is a completely insufficient review. So much so, it would take to long to list all the problems. "Cheese?" Cheese. Just "cheese." You may as well just say, "Put some stuff in a pepper." That said, it has inspired me to make my own stuffed pepper recipe involving potted meat.
