SPEEDY APPLE CRISP 
5 - 6 c. cooking apples, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon

Spread apples in baking dish (9 x 9 inches). Cut butter into remaining ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm. Microwave directions: Assemble as above using a microwave baking pan. Microwave on high uncovered 7 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Turn pan 1/4 turn after 4 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
