SPANISH RICE WITH BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. raw rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard

in skillet, lightly brown beef. Add onion, green pepper and rice. Cook until rice is golden. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil, cover and then simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
